Won't draw but can move left-right top-bottom

    My top/bottom, left/right buttons move the robot in the correct directions.
    I home the gondola and click ‘set home’
    However after processing the image and hitting ‘draw’ the pen doesn’t move.

    I’m at total loss as to what is going on.
    I’m running the 6c (7 version wouldn’t open) with an arduino uno clone and v1 motorsheild on windows 7 32bit.

    Any ideas?
