Why is my makelangelo drawing "wider" than the preview?

Hi all, I’m hoping someone can point me to the right setting here- my makelangelo works well in all other aspects but the resulting drawing is always a bit “wider” than the preview image shows- like the aspect ratio is being stretched horizontally.
Any suggestions? I know it’s in a setting somewhere but I’m not finding it. Your assistance is much appreciated!
