turn on Makelangelo 3.2

I cannot switch the Makelangelo 3.2 on. Is there anywhere a switch
that I could press? I watched your video, but I cannot see, where you turn it on.
At my board there is no switch to turn it on. – Sorry for this perhaps stupid
question. – Please, could you help me?

is it possible there’s a bad connection between the plug on the plastic front and the circuit board behind it? We did power-on and run tests with the latest firmware before it shipped, as we do with all our machines. Perhaps something has come loose in shipping?

I´ve measured up the electricity. – The power supply that I bought from you
does not work. There´s no electricity:

Power Supply 12v2a, NEMA 1-15 ungrounded

What shall we do? I suggest that I buy one in Germany and you transfer the money
for the broken power supply. You agree?

Now I bought a new one and the Makelangelo powers on!
Obviously, the original power supply was damaged.

I’m happy to refund you for the power supply you bought. I will also inspect the QA process for testing power supplies and make sure our current stock is OK.
