I have a DIY machine that I am using GT2 belts and 16 tooth pulleys. The default pulley size was around 12mm and I measured a pulley ( just before my battery died in my calipers) and it measured about 9.69mm. Is this the right number to enter in the diameter field? I am asking since I tried to draw the border and I the gondola weight ran off the bottom of the board and hit the floor when I had the paper size to letter on a machine with a board of 550W x 850T
GT2 belt is a pitch of 2mm per tooth. You have 16 teeth. 16*2 is your circumference. 16*2/pi=10.1859164 is your diameter. We use 20 tooth pulleys, or 40/pi diameter.
