no left and right

I have an issue with my Makelangelo 5 where all it does is go up and down. Like it does’nt know how to go left to right. Does anyone know what could be the problem?
Do you mean it goes down (when homing) and then up (to 0,0) and nowhere else? That’s probably invalid EEPROM. You’ll need to “Configuration > Restore Defaults” and then “Configuration > Store settings”.
You might also see a message when the machine turns on saying “reset EEPROM?” and you should agree. Usually this happens after a firmware upgrade.
