(Hey forum reader! Reading this forum entry after 2017? The two image links in the post below may no longer be working. Sorry.)

Hello! Thanks for sending the Makelangelo 3.2 kit i ordered (Order #12816). I have a couple questions, and it seems this is the place to ask.

    1) No Belts, expecting two
Shouldn’t there be 2 belts in the box? Here’s a picture of what I was sent (excluding the bubble wrap you placed on top): https://www.dropbox.com/s/izyxtrn0swxldk7/2017-05-17%2013.24.10.jpg?dl=0

    2) No packing slip, expecting one
No biggie, but the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?JbAVr_tokCo shows a packing slip which can be reassuring about what’s in the box, where to go for instructions, etc. This box had no packing slip.

    3) No arm on Pen Holder / Gondola, expecting one
In that same video, at 0:27 you show how the servo has an arm attached which sticks through slightly in order to lift the pen. My Pen holder has the servo, but no black arm attached: simply the grooved white nub which probably needs a arm attached to it. Looked carefully in the box but found none. Here’s my pen holder, viewed from the side (nothing sticking through the wood): https://www.dropbox.com/s/mowlwe697c3qcsn/2017-05-17%2013.25.02.jpg?dl=0

There may be other things that are missing as well, but I can’t tell yet as it’s difficult to assemble in it’s current state.

–> Could you please send the 2 belts, the arm for the pen holder, and a packing slip?

    Hi Kirk!

I’ve packaged the belts and the servo horn so it can ship right away. Your shipping address has not changed, correct?

There’s supposed to be a screw that nails the horn onto the servo. I’ve included one.

The parts list in the video is the *entire* list of parts, including every nut, bolt, zip tie, etc.
Thank you for pointing out it’s in the video, I’ve made a note to update the video and the packaging.
