I’m assuming this needs to be downloaded. What IDE is used to edit and upload to your board?
I have figured out that you use a Rumba board and followed others tutorials on loading firmware using Arduino IDE. I commented out the “5” version and activated the 3+ version in the Constants section of the configure.h file. I uploaded the firmware, connected withe software, centered on the home position and attempted the BORDER command. It failed. I loaded the thank you image and attempted to draw. It failed. Can I return this unit to you and get my money back? Or have you fix it?
Please send a picture or video of what is happening, we can probably advise on a solution. All machines are tested (and firmware installed) before they leave our facility. The 3.2 is known to be much harder to operate than the 5. So far it sounds like you’ve done everything right.
Thanks…
