I want to use UniversalGcodeSender
I uploaded Gcode file in UniversalGcodeSender software and I wrote $$ in comment site in UniversalGcodeSender but it shows an error: “Grbl has not finished booting”.
do you Know this error and Know solve it?

No, I don’t. I can’t guarantee that UniversalGcodeSender works with GRBL.

if I want to use a LASER for cut in “2-axis Arduino CNC Gcode Interpreter”, How do I connect LASER driver to “L293D Motor Driver Expansion Shield for Arduino” to turn off and turn on LASER when cutting?

There is no obvious way to connect a laser driver to the L293d motor shield. Also…that sounds really dangerous. I do not recommend this.

Connect the laser through the button, which will be pressed by the servo
