Software Update: Makelangelo 1

No longer will I be using fractional version numbers. figuring out if this is a big enough change to skip a few digits is too philosophical for me. Also, Makelangelo was at v0.9.9. The next version will be 2, then 3, and so on.

– Changes license terms to GPL v3.0 instead of (incorrect) MIT license in all source code files.
– Changes bobbin radius to mm instead of cm in GUI.

This update does NOT require a firmware upgrade.
