Where is this new noise coming from?

My Prusa Mendel Reprap has started to make a strange new sound while printing parts for my Delta robots. I tried turning down the speed but it hasn’t helped. It may be related to heat creep – I run my machines 8 hours a day, most days of the week. Do you know what is causing it, or what to do about it?
